Another of Davies Smith Developments’ Design Build / Construction Management projects, this 11 storey building rises out of an existing brick rack house that was carefully restored.
There are 95 one, two and three bedroom units, including two-storey penthouse units. The two-storey penthouse units with their individual terraces are set back from the exterior face of the building.
The building provides three levels of parking within the existing rack house, a shared residential amenity area and a rooftop terrace for use by residents.
