Developed on the historic Gooderham and Worts Distillery property, a national historic site in downtown Toronto, 80 Mill Street is a prime example of Davies Smith’s Construction Management and Design Build.

Apart from these services, the company was also responsible for the appointment and supervision of consultants, arranging finance and accountable for all interest costs of the project.

As this 13 storey building was built on a contaminated site, a comprehensive remediation plan was implemented to meet environmental standards for residential occupancy.
