Grenadier Landing is a 262-unit, 12 storey condominium complex developed and constructed by Davies Smith Developments.
Located on Lakeshore Blvd. West in the city of Toronto, the complex consists of two towers and 6 townhomes with three levels of underground parking.
A part of the old “motel strip” in the west end of Toronto, the site has recently been rejuvenated as the “Humber Bay Shores” area. A stone’s throw from Lake Ontario, the building was designed to maximize views. |
